CMR delivery planner

When you take paddy for government custom milling, the rice is owed by a date. Enter what was allotted and what your mill can do in a day, and see how much rice and FRK you owe, how many bags you need, and whether the deadline holds.

The planner

Pre-filled with 10,000 qtl of allotted paddy, a 300-qtl-a-day mill and a deadline 75 days from today. Replace the deadline with the date in your milling agreement, and the other numbers with your own.

What the planner works out

Rice to deliver = paddy allotted × outturn norm (67% raw, 68% parboiled)

FRK to blend = rice to deliver × FRK % (usually 1%)

Buffer = days until deadline − days your capacity needs

The central-pool norm is 67 kg of raw rice (68 kg of parboiled) from every 100 kg of paddy. Your state's order for the season is what binds you, so check its outturn, its FRK blending requirement, its delivery dates and any penalty or bonus for lateness — the planner is only as right as the numbers you give it.

What usually goes wrong with a CMR deadline

The fix is the same as for every other leak in a mill: know the number before it hurts. The Govt Contracts module in MillSaathi keeps each allotment, its deliveries and its balance in one place, so the answer to "are we on track" does not depend on someone's memory.

Common questions

How much rice do I have to deliver under CMR?+

Under the central-pool norm you deliver 67 kg of raw rice (68 kg of parboiled) for every 100 kg of paddy allotted, so 10,000 qtl of paddy means 6,700 qtl of raw rice. Your state order may add conditions, so confirm the figure for your season.

How is FRK blended into CMR rice?+

Fortified rice kernels are blended into milled rice at a fixed ratio — most state orders ask for 1 kg of FRK for every 100 kg of rice delivered. The planner shows the FRK quantity and its cost, including GST at the rate you enter.

What if I cannot make the deadline?+

The planner shows the daily milling you would need to catch up. If your capacity cannot reach it, the usual options are longer hours, more shifts, or asking your food department for an extension early — before the date, with the numbers in hand.

Does this use my state's actual rules?+

No. It uses the central-pool outturn norms and lets you edit everything else. Always check the milling agreement and your state food department's order for the current season.

Will the core features always be free?+

Core features will always be free. Core mill workflows will not be moved behind a paid plan. Optional future extras and the separate mill website service may be paid.
