Core features are free. Pro plans are paid once, with a 7-day refund window.
Core features are free and stay free. Gate and weighbridge, lab records, saudas, stock, processing, party khata and payments, the owner digest and team roles cost nothing. You only pay if you choose a Pro plan for the extras.
A Pro plan adds optional extras: the Gate overview and Mill Intelligence charts, more than 10 machines with part-service schedules, and Compare parties. Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews by itself and nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. Prices include GST.
New mills get a free 30-day Pro trial. When a plan or trial ends, your data stays exactly as it is and you can still see, edit and export all of it. Only the Pro extras switch off.
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Write to connect@equaseed.com from the email on your account with your payment details. We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. After 7 days we do not give refunds, and the plan runs to its end date.
Free Pro days earned or received through a referral are not paid for, so they cannot be refunded or exchanged for money. A referral reward is only given once the referred mill's payment is past the 7-day refund period and has not been refunded.
There is nothing to cancel because plans do not renew. If you buy a plan while one is running, the new time is added to the end of the current plan.
